Key Variety Features
- Appearance and Shape: The fruits have a beautiful, classic heart shape, often with a small, elegant tip at the apex. The color of a ripe tomato is rich, deep red (under certain conditions, with a light pinkish-crimson tint).
- Dense and Meaty Structure: When cut, this is a typical beefsteak tomato. The flesh is very thick, meaty, and sugary on the break. The seed cavities are small, there is not much juice, and very few seeds form inside (a characteristic feature of many ancient heart-shaped varieties).
- Weight: The variety produces large tomatoes. The average fruit weight ranges between 200–300 grams.
- Taste: Traditional, "that very" balanced taste from childhood — with a pronounced classic aroma, pleasant sweetness, and a soft, harmonious tang in the aftertaste.
