It grows best in humus-rich, consistently slightly moist soil, which should be acidic.

ENDLESS SUMMER LOVE

Hydrangea 'Summer Love'® (Hydrangea macrophylla) is an upright, dense small shrub that produces pink, cupped flowers arranged in umbels. They appear from May to October.  Hydrangea 'Summer Love'® also has egg-shaped, medium-green leaves. In a semi-shady to shady location with humus-rich, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1,5 m and grows to a width of approx. 80 cm.

FIREWINGS

Enjoy a blooming garden from June to November by planting Firewings hydrangeas. The long flowering period will fill your shady corners with color throughout the summer and into early autumn. It will look excellent and is suitable for planting in pots on terraces and balconies, and as with all hydrangeas, watering is very important. It begins flowering around the beginning of summer, reaches an average height of 0.80 m–1.00 m, and a spread of up to 1.20 m. Flowering occurs on both new shoots and the previous year’s shoots.
