Green Avenue

30-day lowest price:
Green Avenue tomato is a rare collector's tomato variety bred in Latvia by the renowned breeder and collector Valdis Pulins (Valdis Pūliņš).
Main characteristics of the variety:
- Growth habit: Indeterminate (tall-growing); in a greenhouse, the plant can grow over 1.8–2.0 meters tall. The plant must be securely tied to a support and its side shoots removed.
- Ripening time: Mid-season.
- Fruit weight: An average of 210–270 grams, although under good conditions and with fruit thinning, they can reach 300–500 grams. The fruits are heavy and grow in large clusters.
- Appearance and color: Despite its name, the ripe fruit has an exotic bicolor appearance: orange-red with prominent raspberry-colored stripes and streaks.
- Flavor: The tomato's flesh is very juicy, meaty, and sweet, with almost no acidity and a distinct, pleasant fruity aroma.
